WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN DELIVERED?
- We know that it can get frustrating at times if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. Your FIRST step is to contact your local USPS directly. Send us a via email at pr3ttykouture@gmail.com and we can make an attempt to assist you, but please keep in mind that Pr3tty Kouture DOES NOT have any control over any packages that state delivered or lost in the mail and we DO NOT issue any refunds.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
- Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 2 business days for processing and payment verification. USPS delivery takes 3-5 business days PLEASE NOTE that this doesn’t include holidays or weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If your order is needed ASAP please select EXPRESS shipping during checkout. Express shipping will be processed within the same day you place your order and will be shipped out the next business day.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer or process any orders by phone. ALL ORDERS must be placed directly on our website.
IS YOUR CLOTHING TRUE TO SIZE?
- Some items contain NO STRETCH we work with multiple brands, and all of the items DO NOT run the same. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY over our product description and refer to our SIZE CHART for more help!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information, you can track your package using the shipping carrier stated in your email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND NEED TO ADJUST OR CANCEL IT, WOULD I BE ABLE TO DO SO?
- Yes, you have 15 minutes upon placing your order to make any changes or request to have it canceled. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please send us a via email ASAP at pr3ttykouture@gmail.com and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTSThe cost of shipping fee returns is paid by the customers. We are NOT responsible. Returns will take 7-10 business days after delivery to be processed.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Pre-order items are advance purchases made on new items that are scheduled to be shipped for a later date as stated in the title and item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. If we happen to experience any manufacturing delays you will be notified immediately via email.
PLEASE NOTE that if you add an in-stock item and a pre-order item to your cart, the shipment of your in-stock item will be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipment.
To ensure a faster and prompt delivery of your in-stock item, we highly suggest
PLACING 2 SEPARATE ORDERS: one for your in-stock item and one for your pre-order item. Please keep in mind that our
