We are so sorry for the inconvenience of your purchase and we will do our best to assist you.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please note that we will NEVER send a damaged item to our customer all our items are completely inspected before we ship them out. Items purchased from Pr3tty Kouture are eligible for STORE CREDIT only within 7 days after delivery. After 7 business days if your items are NOT returned, our system can NOT process an exchange or a store credit so please keep that in mind.

The cost of shipping returns is paid by the customers. We are NOT responsible. Returns will take 7-10 business days after delivery to be processed.

Need to make changes or cancel an order?
You have 15 minutes upon placing your order to make any changes or request to have it canceled. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please send us a via email ASAP at pr3ttykouture@gmail.com and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unworn, unused, with no smoke scent, original tags, original condition, and the clear bag the clothing was packed into. If you fail to comply with any of these steps may result in your return being rejected so please make sure all guidelines are met.

To start your return please include your first and last name order number and email in your package. We will send you an email confirmation with your store credit once your return has been received, approved, and processed.
